Pardot Marketing Product Owner H/F

Description du poste

  • Support the Head of Sales and Marketing Tools to gather the internal customer needs for the upcoming features for the improvements of the Pardot solution in general
  • Prepare the documentation/analysis for the Business requirement workshops
  • Write US align to business need, exchange with Salesforce team, work with IT team, test the US and proceed to UAT if needed
  • Keep update the trainings books, and develop more support if needed
  • Animate the marketing communities
  • Support the corporate team and local to setup the campaign 
  • Design the right KPI to follow Marketing metrix for website and campaign.
  • Animate training sessions
  • Participate to project meetings and make reporting

Profil et compétences

  • Business acumen and eager to aligned Sales & marketing teams on the lead management 
  • Background on Pardot & SalesForce is a must (certification on Pardot would be appreciate)
  • Previous experience of 5 years min in the solution as a consultant on a B2B environment
  • Training skill,
  • Capacity to work with short delays and be autonomous
  • Pay attention to details while keeping the macro process/need/project view
  • Degree educated: master 2 in Digital marketing, marketing, Sales.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory,
